Friends check the utility we have developed at ICAR-Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute, Goa. For a selected water soluble fertilizer and selected concentration, you can get the amount of fertilizer to be dissolved given amount of water for required area.

Online web portal for soil health management

Launching of a website designed by ICAR RC Goa Team - Gopal Mahajan (me), Vishwajeet Prajapati, Shashi Vishwakarma by Union Minister of Agriculture, India, Shri Radha Mohan Singh. This gives village wise soil health report to farmers of Goa online (based on over 20,000 soil samples). This also calculates the fertilizer requirement for different field and horticultural crops of Goa. This programme automatically calculates the different combination of fertilizers (available in Goa) for a given crop, area, target yield, age of tree, number of trees. This avoids confusion of how much fertilizer to apply for recommended doses e.g. 100:60:60. It gives information on how and when to apply fertilizers.
